Eddy's Bakery - Rexburg

My wife and I were really looking forward to trying this place since it's conveniently located near Highway 20 and close to my parents' home. However, when we pulled in and saw just one car ahead of us, we ended up waiting for 20 minutes. We watched as the customer received their coffee and then chatted for another 5 minutes. The wait was just too long, which made us reconsider even trying the coffees ourselves.

I absolutely adore her! She is an amazing and outgoing person, and she makes the best coffee.

Very original and the service was great! Best part, the coffee is organic! If you like coffee as much as me, give this place a try!

I'm visiting family in Utah, and I have to say, this place served me the best lattes I've ever had. My daughter also really enjoyed her steamer. I wish we had more options like this in Logan. I will definitely come back every time I'm in Rigby! Thank you, ladies! (By the way, if you love blackberry syrup and white chocolate, the CocoBerry latte is absolutely fantastic!)

Coffee made with love is the best kind. Jessica is so sweet and cares about every cup that goes out the window. The best!
