Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Rexburg

Okay, I love Dairy Queen; I used to be a regular here because I love their blizzards and their chicken tenders. That being said, the prices at this location have skyrocketed!! I went to DQ and got a SMALL blizzard yesterday, that?s it, and it cost me$7.19!!!!! I can?t justify spending that on a small treat; you can buy a whole meal for that at other places (including here)!!I?ll be going to Cold Stone for all my ice cream needs from now on; their ice cream is better quality and you can get a largeover there for less than that. Sorry Dairy Queen!! I?ll miss you! Let me know if your prices go back down?

No lights outside or in the menu to actually see anything to order. Had to repeat my order 3 times to the intercom because he kept getting the 2 things I ordered wrong. Got up to the window and waited 10+min for my order but they gave me my blizzard tohold on to as it melted waiting for food. Make it home with my order and it was still the wrong food. Staff was unattentive andonly 1 younger girl was running circles around the other 4 standing behind the counter.

The $6 food deal is fantastic, and Milk Queen has never disappointed me!

The food was great, but the service at the window was extremely slow. The same person taking orders was also preparing the food, resulting in a wait time of about 5 minutes per car. Meanwhile, two other employees were just standing around doing nothing.

The cotton candy Blizzards were not mixed at all. However, the person at the window was friendly.
