KFC - REVESBY

How can an Icon such as KFC get so BAD. Poor service, poor English, music way to load, dirty premises and RUDE STAFF. I wish Head Office would do some thing about this Restaurant as it is dragging the rest of the chain down. To me everything should be near perfect but not at this site, Poor quality cooking followed by poor attitude has me NEVER going back to this KFC site

One of the problems when it comes to reviewing KFC's is that traditionally, they can be very variable from visit to visit. This KFC almost always has hot burgers, chips and a cold drink! Nothing too flash, however it get the job done! Very filling!However, sometimes the burgers can be cooked incorrectly and the chips can be cold, which is a shame. Even when this happens, this is fair from the worst KFC I have been too!

So you want a bit of a KFC hit eh, well Revesby KFC never fails in my eyes. Sometimes I just want a treat, this place always serves up fresh meals. Well every time I have been there, anyway! Just wish KFC in general would keep Hot n Spicy on the menu permanently, pretty please.

Hopeless staff, stuffed up my order in drive thru. I had to get out and go inside and then wait for them to fix it.They gave me my order again and stuffed it up so I had to go back in.Chips were cold and hard, nuggets looked liked they had been squashed. The chicken pieces I wouldn't even feed to my dog! People inside were walking out as they had to wait so long. A lot of unhappy people and it wasn't even worth the wait. Even the drinks were flat! Do not go here!

This would have to be the worst KFC in Sydney, The young servers have an attention span of a fly and fail to follow your instructions for the order given eg: no salt on fries or no lettuce etc. Always check your order physically before leaving the store as you could have a 2 piece box instead of a 3 piece box or you could have small fries instead of large or better still you could have no fries at all. Very often the chicken is oily and the fries cold especially when they prepare the order and leave it sitting on the bench while waiting for more chicken to be put up or while they serve another customer. My advise is find another chicken shop or go to Macca's .
