フィードバックを提供するI don't visit this restaurant often, but when I do, I always enjoy their delicious coffee. The quality is outstanding and I see it as a luxurious treat. The service and products they offer are top-notch.
The customer service I received from the women today was outstanding. Despite the espresso machine being broken, they went above and beyond to try and fix it. They may not have been trained in technical repair, but they did everything in their power to get the machine running again. Even though it was a tough day, both employees kept a smile on their faces and made sure that customers were satisfied. I didn't catch their names, but I hope they receive the recognition they deserve for their exceptional work.
I have been coming to this restaurant for years, but the past 6 months have been a disappointing experience. The new staff is rude and more interested in socializing with each other than serving customers. They always seem to be out of many items. Today was the final straw for me - the two girls working were unfriendly and gave me dirty looks while I was placing my order. To top it off, when my friend ordered a venti, the cup was only half full. I will not be returning to this location.
I was denied service at this restaurant because I requested chai and the employee did not want to make it. It is unacceptable to refuse service just because you do not want to make a simple drink like chai. We waited 20 minutes before being told that they were unable to make a chai. As a manager, it is important to have someone else trained to help out if you are unable to make a drink, especially outside of Starbucks. I have worked at Starbucks for 5 years and have never refused service to a customer.
Republic Starbucks would benefit from improved management and a dedicated staff who are truly committed to delivering quality drinks. Additionally, a drive-thru would be a convenient addition. While I have received friendly service and enjoyed good drinks at times, the inconsistency leaves much to be desired. It feels more like a Starbucks training center than a reliable coffee shop.
