I knew someone who swore by them and kept taking me so I kept giving it a chance but the sides were pretty inconsistent and the meat has been dried out or tough too many times. Lastly every time I’ve gone the wait time is crazy long and the parking lot is insane to get in and out due to their location. I always say man I hope it’s gona be worth it this time but it often times wasn’t worth the wait. Haven’t been since last year but tried a good amount of the menu trying to see what they saw in it but as mentioned before I could only really get into the stew and the chopped brisket sandwich.Parking: Extremely hard to get in and out of this parking lot smoothly. With the other businesses in the parking lot and the truck taking up a good amount of space it doesn’t leave much for the customers to work with.
I have eaten here alllll summer! So grateful to have discovered this goodT cooking GEM. Keep going Clyde's!Food: 5/5
The best BBQ I’ve experienced since moving here from Texas. I couldn’t stop talking about how good it was the whole ride home.Food: 5/5
Had the 2 meat plate with Beef Brisket and Hotlinks. The food was amazing. It was hot and covered in bbq sauce. The wait for the food however took about 15-20 mins and I was 1 of 2 people there at the time. Would recommend for great BBQ in the Seattle area.Food: 5/5
Brisket Dry and Chewy, bark was a bit burnt but it had nice flavor.Hot Links Really tasty and heat creeps up on you.Beans Not for me.Potato Salad Its really one dimensional it lacked something.Peach Cobbler Reminded me of a drenched bread pudding. Also not for me.Corn Bread Taste stale but I still finished it.I would come back next time and try the chicken and more hot links!
