The Copa Grill - Reno

We use to go to the Peppermill but they have closed their Buffet down so now we enjoy the Atlantis. The workers and servers are always nice and they work very hard. Food is great and we enjoy coming here. Worth the wait

This place is way overpriced! You could find better food at an Old Country Buffet. On top of that, the hostess served alcohol to a minor after he admitted he was born in 2006, just because his friends were making her laugh. I was taken aback, thinking, “It's Thanksgiving, but how hilarious would it be if the Sands lost their liquor license?”

I visited the restaurant today for Thanksgiving, and I'm really pleased to see the improvements. The food tasted so much better and was full of flavor. They kept things fresh by not letting the food sit for too long. I loved the selection they offered! I had a great conversation with a cook named Jay, who was not only very polite but also knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent recommendations. He also mentioned that they're open every day for breakfast and dinner. I’d like to give a shout-out to the front-of-house manager, a young lady named Marid, who had such wonderful energy and made my family and me feel welcomed. She also chose a fantastic server for our table. I will definitely be back, and I hope they have a Christmas Eve dinner!

Avoid this place—it's not worth your time or money. The food was lukewarm and lacking in flavor. The only redeeming quality was the vanilla ice cream, but it started melting before I even got back to my table. If you appreciate good food, I suggest you look for a different restaurant. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly.

Love this place! Best buffet in reno for the price no doubt! Locals get 20% off Thursday and Sunday you just can't beat that with a stick!
