Taco Bell - Reno

The car-dru type was great, my order was taken pleasant. eating and timing were not as expected. this beer is alkready beautiful made all u have to o is throw it all together should not last forever. food: 3/5

The location is very friendly and efficient. I received my order quickly, and one of the employees, perhaps named Ally or Ellie, who appeared to be a manager, had a pleasant smile and was quick to resolve a mistake I made with my order. As for the food, I would rate it a perfect 5 out of 5!

I visited last night at 10 PM and had to wait a long time to be served, even listening to announcements over the loudspeakers. At first, I thought they were closed, but since there was a car in front of me, I decided to wait a bit longer. However, the staff who handled my order were very impatient. The girls at the window, one blonde and one with black hair, were quite rude and unprofessional. The girl with black hair actually pushed my food towards me. I don't understand why that was necessary. I won't be returning. Also, parking is available on Moana St.

I received the wrong order when I got home, and this isn't the first time it's happened. I had to throw it away because it was not what I paid for.

Being short-staffed doesn't justify neglecting dine-in customers, especially when the drive-thru is busy. A simple acknowledgment like "I'll be right with you" goes a long way. Food rating: 2/5.
