Taco Bell - Reno

I ordered the 15 small tacos and a chicken sandwich from the value menu. Both were delicious and quite filling. I really enjoy the tiny tacos; I usually opt for the regular two tacos, but these were great! Everything is good, right? Oh, and their ultimate breakfast sandwich is absolutely amazing. If you haven't tried it yet, you definitely should before it potentially gets removed from the menu!

The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly and helpful. When there was an error with my order, they handled it wonderfully and fixed the mistake. This is definitely the best Taco Bell in the area.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I waited in the drive-thru line for 25 minutes and saw their employees playing virtual reality games. Food rating: 1/5.

I didn't want to sit in my car, so I parked and went inside, but found the doors locked despite people being inside. I left and returned another day, but after waiting in my car for an hour, I decided to go in since they were open. When I approached the counter, no one acknowledged me. Eventually, someone came by, and I asked if I could place an order, but I was simply told no, sorry. I guess there's a kiosk I could use, but I had already been waiting. The service was terrible, and the dining area was just ordinary.

Must change the posted hours. it will be open until 3:30 on Saturday. he was there at 2:40 and they were already closed. the hired went around to clean the kitchen.
