Sierra Cafe - Reno

I forgot the name of my dish but it was amazing. There was so much food. The bacon was thick and tasted good. The sausage also had a good taste. I got a side of hollandaise sausage it was also really good. Our server was really nice and attentive. The only this that lacked flavor was the coffee. Other than that the food was great and the portions are nice for the price. I definitely would go back.

It’s a good place for steak and eggs. Just a regular diner. It’s up in the trees a bit for a change of scenery.

Great food. Not sure they know how to pick up the phone for a to-go order. So I don't recommend

$5 coffee and raw sausage. Our 2 $12.99 meals came out to $43 before tip.Turns out the 6oz cup of coffee cost $5

Tried to give the Sierra Cafe another chance. Ordered the prime rib sandwich and my husband ordered the chicken fried steak. The prime rib sandwich came and the so called prime rib was a light tan color. I have never seen prime rib look like a light tan color ,did not look like beef at all. It had rainbow colors in it like it was old. Had no flavor whatsoever ,horrible gross looking meat. My husband's chicken-fried steak had gravy on it with chopped Chicken on top. His mixed vegetables look like they were a week old. The mashed potatoes were instant. It took forever for our dinner to come ,overall the food was horrible. To sum it up gross!
