フィードバックを提供するLoved the chill vibe of this place. The music was a great mix of a classic smooth jazz, French, Billie Holiday and similar taste. Kat was an amazing bartender. Every drink was delightful and had a classic feel to each bourbon drink I ordered from her.The conversation was great and made me feel like a local, which I am not. She recommended the smoked salmon Mac and Cheese whichwas absolutely delicious! Highly recommend this place to anyone.
Kat is amazing. She?s a wizard making drinks, and each one was as tasty as the last, and she was entertaining as all heck to talk to. The speakeasy is in the old post office building, which is an Art Deco masterpiece, which was fun to wander around in.Definitely check this place out.
It's a cool little spot that feels warm and inviting, even though I'm not a local. The atmosphere in the Basement area is quite appealing. This place stays open an hour later than other spots on the weekends, which is a nice advantage. I didn’t try the food, so I can’t fully assess it and give a well-informed fifth star. However, considering the ambiance, the bartender, and the bourbon cocktail I had, I’m comfortable giving it a solid four stars. The classic whiskey sour was excellent—slightly sweet, but not overly so. The whiskey was smooth, and there were subtle complexities in the flavor. The addition of egg white brought a nice richness and creaminess to the drink. The seating options are great, with regular tables, high bar tables, some bar seating, and cozy chairs to relax in.
Located in the basement of the old post office, this restaurant boasts a charming speakeasy atmosphere. It's small and cozy, featuring a quaint bar and a few tables, along with comfortable chairs and additional seating in a communal area outside the bar. They offer a diverse selection of pre-prohibition cocktails, made with their own spirits as well as other high-quality options. Additionally, they serve wines and craft beers. The menu includes a range of snacks and sandwiches, and the charcuterie board is both beautiful and delicious. It's a fantastic spot to gather with friends for drinks and light bites.
Absolutely a hidden gem! The menu is impressive, and their distillery offerings are truly delicious, particularly the bourbon.
