Romano's Macaroni Grill - Reno

I ordered the bruschetta as an appetizer, a salad, an entrée, and two drinks from the bar. The drinks took nearly 15 minutes to arrive. To my surprise, the salad was served before the bruschetta, which I wouldn’t have expected. Eventually, the entrées arrived, but the ravioli I ordered was just mediocre. They were cooked in what seemed like a wine sauce, which ended up being quite overpowering. I'm not trying to act like a food critic, but I believe these issues should be noted by management. I understand that many businesses have been struggling to survive in recent years, and it's clear that most restaurants are operating with limited staff and doing their best to manage.

My friends and I had an incredible experience at this restaurant. Everything was outstanding, from the cleanliness and the promptness of the food to its flavor, portion sizes, and the amazing service—all worthy of five stars! Honestly, the service exceeded our expectations; Robert played a huge role in making our evening so enjoyable. He was friendly and attentive, always ready to help us with anything we needed quickly. I highly recommend this place for any occasion or celebration. We will definitely return, looking for Robert again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Exceeded our expectations! We chose to have Italian for lunch and decided on Romano's since it was nearby. We anticipated decent food, but what we experienced was outstanding. Under new ownership, the food was fantastic. The service was attentive, and they have truly elevated the dining experience to a whole new level.

Tonight was the first time that I had every dinner in the macaroni grill and it was great! although I showed up half an hour before the closing, josue made clear that I was welcome and insisted that I enjoy my meal, regardless of the time they close. I had the chicken marsala, an salat and key lime cheesecake. everything was absolutely amazing. josue was extremely attentive to my table and I really enjoyed the experience. Five stars. (josue deserves a raise!)

Eating was amazing! perfect atmosphere. it was all about a great experience. our waitress was tyla she was stubborn and professional we have really appreciated her to help us decide a court for our first time. thank you again! we are coming back!
