Panda Express - Reno

At Monday dinner time, there were 7 people in line at the restaurant. They claimed they were not busy, but nothing was done to address the long wait. This has now happened to me three times. The restaurant never seems to have any dishes ready, regardless of the day of the week.

The restaurant refused to open because they did not have the keys to the safe, meaning they couldn't give change to customers. When asked about payment by card or phone, they insisted on waiting until they had accessed the money in the safe. After waiting in line for 37 minutes, it was revealed that most of the food was already gone, as they closed in 18 minutes. Absolutely terrible service at this establishment.

Food was great, delivery was from Doordash. My order was placed via the Panda Express app. The Dasher asked me, by text, if I wanted a replacement for the Rangoons, they were out. I said no, because I don't eat any other pages. I paid 8.00 for them, did not receive them and 2 days later they were not compensated. So, buyer caution, you will not receive any refund for missing items!

There really isn't much need for a review of Panda Express, but this one deserves it! I always order the same thing and I absolutely love it. Some Panda Express locations can be inconsistent, but not the one in Circus Food Court. The food is always hot, delicious, and consistently good. I really appreciate their dedication to quality. Keep up the good work, serving fast food done right!

Hands down, the most irritating, ripoff trained employees around. Ordered steamed white rice, we no white rice, no more until next week ! Now I understand you are Mexican, so why are you trying to sound again? Second, no steamed rice until next week? It 's Tuesday lady/man/whatever you are. Question, how the bleep, are you making the bleeping fried rice? You bleeping idiot. First the cook takes the white rice... So I requested chow main in place of the steamed rice. OH NO! WE KNOW CHOW MAIN, YOU TAKE THE FRIED RICE AND GO! My company, at the time, and I were deciding what to do when the Asian/Mexican gender confused person yelled, For-e seeing nigh . With that, we started laughing and left, with our hands in the air like we just don 't care, except the birds where flying high! Nuff said!
