Little Caesars Pizza - Reno

Bad customer service ever. at 3 pm William I ordered 2 pizzas crazy bread and wings. I was hoping to wait for my order. 15 minutes went by 30 minutes and passed 43 minutes. I stood up and asked William R if my order is ready, he said no it?s allmost ready You wait 10 minutes more, so I said yes I?ll wait then go 10 minutes You again on I tell him I wait here for an entire hour and my order is not ready, that's not right, then he tells me you can wait 5 more minutes, so I wait again. then go 5 minutes by calling me and telling me that my order was not made and gives me my money back. This is not right that is not professional this is rude they have kept me waiting for an entire hour just to tell me that my order is not made small Caesar?s adults do not have to rent small children playing in the back of the kitchen, I will never go back here again WORST CUSTO SERVICE EVER

40 minutes. Guy kept giving me my deep dish to new walks in customers. Asked him several times when it's done. 40 minutes. Don't come here. Waiting for a pizza for 40 minutes is crazy. Please go somewhere else.

I don't know why so many people are complaining about having a bad experience with this specific store. Sounds like they didn't get their way, because I moved from AZ to NV in the fall of 2021, and I've only stopped by twice before to this location, and every one of those times the employees are sweet, attentive, and they greet me. The store looks clean, it smells clean and feels fresh inside. The food has also been hot at the time of my order pickup, and I always arrive like 5-15 minutes late. This time I ordered the extra most bestest pepperoni ? pizza the night before for pick up the next afternoon, and paid for it at the time of my order. I was pleased with my order, it was hot?? and ready when I stopped by even after arriving 20minutes late to pick it up. For a moment I even wondered if they would still have it there because I had waited so long, but they did, I gave them my name, and they immediately went to the back, grabbed my order and handed it to me. I was in and out within minutes. People need to stop complaining about having to wait 45+ minutes for their order, we do that everywhere, if you want your order ASAP then put in the order ahead of time so you know when you can stop by and pick it up or stop at a drive-through where you don't have to wait for your pizza(s) to be made and baked.

I'm coming there and I'm ordering within 5 minutes I hear my name, but for a long time see, the lady upstairs gives everyone her paprika pizza that I could just add and I'm stuck for another 10 minutes before they realize I'm still there and the guy on the back gave it to me. I saw the same thing he was up there and called my name 15 minutes ago.

I always loved this place, but recently they haven't cut the pizza right and not all the way. It's definitely annoying. And sometimes the cheese and sauce don't go as high as it should. With extra crust.
