Burger Me! - Reno

I enjoy burgers, the food is delicious and the staff is friendly. I'll go with my wife when we get here. My only drawback is that the seat is often quite dirty. I get this, the males make a mess, but it could use deeper cleaning more often to feel hygienic for eating.

3 stars for service, 1 star for cleanliness, restrooms were so dirty my wife felt sick. Dining room floor was a mess. Had to clean table before we ate. 3.5 stars for food. Was not cooked to order. However the onion rings were the best I've ever had. Service was not to bad, my wife asked to sample a beer and was looked at as if she was crazy. She did finally get the sample. And ordered that beer. The soda and condiment stations were a mess. Servers and or workers were all standing around doing nothing. We will not return now will we recommend this spot to anyone. Sorry to say I'm very disappointed overall.

So this one is going to be shorter than my other reviews. There 's not much to say. I got the Cowboy Burger with regular fries and a drink. It comes with, 1/3 lbs Ground-beef patty with lettuce, tomato, pickles, smoked cheddar, flame-grilled jalapeños, with a squirt of BBQ sauce, on a brioche bun. Needless to say, it was just okay. Not an outstanding product, lacked in diversity in terms of flavor for the ground beef, aka seemingly unseasoned. The fries were also okay, they lightly, very lightly, seasoned it with salt, and topped it with some green onion snips. They have other types of meat to serve; Elk, Chicken, Turkey, Fish, and even Bison. I 've had the Bison BBQ burger before, and Bison just isn 't for me. I had a taste of the Elk Burger and it was better than the Bison. Honestly, this place isn 't bad. However, I just don 't feel like the flavors I was provided were that significant to separate themselves from other family owned burger joints. They also had fairly decent customer service, and our food came in a timely manner. Would I ever eat here again? If I 'm on that side of town and am craving a burger, maybe. Would I recommend it? Only if you 've never had it, as you might enjoy the menu.

They do have unique burgers they support local ranchers which I do like. Overall I had a good experience. I got the NV Elk Burger; 1/3lb, havarti cheese, red onion, bacon garlic aioli w/ a ?small? order of the onion rings.

Great menu choices all very delicious and fresh. The sweet potato fries were amazing so was the elk and bison burgers ! They do offer gluten free bread !
