Bundox Bocce - Reno

Fun place! big waiter, taylor. had fun with a new game bocce ball!

I was really looking forward to our evening. this is a great idea, fun atmosphere, etc. the drinks are very expensive and the service is under standard. I don't mind paying for drinks because of all the experience. but if they need to look for a drink while they try to play games, it is very frustrating. we had 4 children with us, and we had to pay a premium for a few so that was also very disappointing. I can also not say that any employee who works there made an impression with taking the hearts at the hotel reception. when we went to renaissance, he was very friendly, greeted us and sent us in the right direction. the impression that was left with our group of 8 is that the employees did one please us by serving us. bad if they go into a place and fall over $200 for a few hours, it would be nice to be treated as their business was appreciated. could not even make eye contact with servers. they simply look away and do not even recognize their annoyance. I had made our reservations through open table, and the next morning I got a message that we didn't show up what is a perfect example. we have shown ourselves, but the employees treat them like their invisible, so it is appropriate that they have marked us as a no-show. very disappointing.

The first time at this place overall had a great time. beer was an overpriced eating was a fast finger food. would probably go back. at least just playing, nice to do something else.

A funny new experience and very reasonable date night with friends and family.

We brought a group of customers and vendors here for an outing. It was great!! The service was fantastic (Taylor took care of us , and while they did have a few healthy options, they weren't conducive to sharing. I will say that the pizza we got was excellent! it wasn't too heavy, and at least there were vegetables! Bocce ball was so much fun, and they made it super easy to learn remember the rules with it posted on the wall, as well as easy access placards at the tables. I would definitely recommend and come back if in the area again : They were also VERY flexible with our reservation, which I appreciated very much. Thank you! P.S. they are connected to the Renaissance hotel, and if the weather had been nice, the outdoor area looked really cool!
