Baja Fresh - Reno

This was my first time dining at Baja Fresh. I was initially taken aback when I saw the grilled fish tacos, as it didn't seem like there was much fish. However, once I took a bite, the flavor and portion size made perfect sense. I will definitely be returning.

I tried calling three times before to ask if they were open for indoor dining, but no one answered. I decided to drive there and was unsure if they were open until I saw their open sign. Although they appeared closed, they were actually open. The food and dining experience were excellent. The cashier was friendly and did a great job. I'm happy that they are open again so I can enjoy one of my favorite meals.

The customer service was fantastic. However, they should work on reducing the wait time. I ordered a Diablo shrimp burrito and everything was great, except for the slight inconsistency in texture.

Baja fresh has always been a favorite of me, but this location is in decline. the staff was efficient, but there was a chaos over the salsa bar and müll area; there was a matte folded on the top of the müll area, the bathroom was not clean. concerning food, it was good, but not the standards of other BF sites I was. I was there at lunch break and there were only 1 or 2 other people at the place. it needs something dc or it will go the way almost all other baja fresh restaurants in the west.

Ordered take out on a Saturday afternoon. The tacos had little taste, the carnitas tacos had more taste than the chicken. The rice was dry. We had ordered chips and queso, which had the consistency of water. Won’t be going back soon.
