I’m not sure if they’re facing staffing issues or if employees are frequently calling in sick, but this needs to be addressed—otherwise, the business will continue to suffer. Additionally, I’ve experienced several occasions where I stood at the counter for over 15 minutes without being served while staff in the back were busy cleaning and ignoring the front. One cook even informed another employee that I was waiting, but they continued their cleaning instead of attending to me for an additional five minutes. As someone who works in food service, I would never treat a customer this way. Moreover, when I do finally get served, the interaction is often lacking in friendliness—sometimes I don’t even get a simple “you’re welcome,” depending on who is at the counter. I understand that working in food service can be tough, but it shouldn’t make customers feel unwelcome or like a burden. A friendly greeting or simple acknowledgment like, "What can I get for you today?" or "Thank you" can go a long way. I’ve never left a review for anything before, but the frustration I’ve been feeling with this place has compelled me to share my thoughts. I really hope that the owners or management take this feedback seriously and make some changes.

Used to love going to this place but the last couple of times have been hugely disappointed. The meat size seems to be getting smaller. The fries and onion rings are cold and soggy. When we go to put our dirty dishes on the counter it is so piled up that there is no place to put them. Makes me wonder how clean are the dishes/glasses they serve us with.

On April 3, 2019, at 8:15 AM, I decided to try their advertised Beyond Meat sausage and egg on an English muffin. You know, the one they claim looks and tastes like sausage? It's definitely misleading because it neither looks nor tastes like sausage! To be fair, it resembles the sausage patties you can buy at Walmart for making your own sausage and egg sandwiches. However, if you happen to overcook them until they are dry and burnt, then maybe, just maybe, you could argue they taste a bit like sausage! I've been eating these kinds of products for decades from various brands and have even made my own. I love A&W, but this product misses the mark. P.S. Guys, please improve the coffee!

I visited on a Sunday afternoon and was disappointed to find that not a single table was clean. We had to wipe one down ourselves before sitting down. While the food was good, the lack of cleanliness made us uneasy, prompting us to leave sooner than we would have liked. It was hard to determine if it was due to staff shortages or just a lack of effort, but we won’t be coming back.

Decided to give this location a second chance tried to go once but there was a paper taped to the drive through speaking saying they were out of fries till later in the week! Went at lunch time and the line was short still took much longer than any other fast food drive threw I've been too. Finally got my food and the fries were super soggy not sure how long they had been out and they got my order wrong too. Won't be going back here.
