Royal Farms - Reisterstown

Convenient place for a quick fill up gas or coffee, soda, chicken on the way to carroll county or PA. They got this automated coffee brewing system/machine that delivers hot fresh coffee any time and cup size you need- very convenient indeed. Chickenavailability can sometimes be a hit or miss, other than that this location is ok.

Don't order chicken tenders from the Royal Farms in Reisterstown! Things have changed there. Their 2 piece chicken tenders were a fairly good size, but now you'll starve! Also, honey mustard sauce is now a .59 extra. It is self checkout there too. Cuttingcorners!

This is the first Royal Farm I've visited that doesn't allow customers to use the restroom. What's going on? I'm well-groomed, dressed in business attire, and certainly don't seem to have any issues with cleanliness or food. So why the restriction?

This place is truly terrible. It feels like they've deliberately hired the most incompetent staff, or perhaps the management makes it impossible for anyone to be helpful. Good luck trying to fill up your car with gas—the pump is always out of order. And don’t even count on the lottery machine there to function properly; getting the tickets you paid for is a real challenge.

I had a very disappointing experience at Royal Farms when I visited around 11:00 pm. The tall employee at the counter was quite rude and made condescending remarks when I struggled to use the money machine. Unfortunately, this encounter has left a negative impression, and I don't think I will be returning to this location again.
