The Mill House Beefeater Grill

The evening got off to a rough start as the heating wasn't working and it was freezing inside the restaurant. However, we decided to tough it out in our coats instead of finding another place to eat. The staff did their best to keep up with the busy night, but it was clear they were overwhelmed. Despite the initial setbacks, my steak was delicious and cooked perfectly. The portion of chips was small, but tasty. Overall, the food was very good and there were discounts available. We would have stayed for a drink after dinner, but it was too cold inside.

We stayed at the Premier Inn next door and decided to come here for dinner. We were disappointed with the halloumi burger as the halloumi was sliced very thin and the skinny fries were barely warm. There was no table check to see if everything was okay. We had hoped to eat later but were told there were no available tables, even though there were still empty tables around us at the time we originally wanted to dine.

Our visit started with a lovely welcome from Ellie on the front desk. Took us to our tables and ordered our drinks , made us all feel so relaxed from the beginning. Our drinks arrived in minutes even though it was really busy . They were delivered by a lovely smiley friendly Jess . The whole evening was wonderful, Jack our waiter was friendly and efficient and the food was fabulous, every single dish from the starters to our delicious well cooked steaks . Would have loved a dessert but could just not manage it . The whole evening was a lovely experience, well done Mill house staff .

Good choice and well priced. Food was delicious and catered for All. Convenient setting mid way between Redhill and Gatwick. Our waitress Jackie was fantastic. Service with a smile. Perfect service. It was my Mother's 80th birthday and she even bought an ice cream with candle for us to sing to her. When i booked online i requested a specific table and when we were given a different table it was explained quickly why our requested table was not available. We were able to use the 25% off food voucher i had been sent with ease thanks to Jackie.

Ordered a steak and burger which were absolutely delicious. We had an amazing host called Jackie. Definitely going again and would recommend.
