Nice restaurant, tasty food, very attentive service

Amazing place with wonderful staff. Peaceful and relaxing. Clean and organised. The staff really do everything possible and are so warm and thoughtful. Salads are incredible, especially the tomatoes!

Whilst the hotel is amazing and generally lives up to the expectations the restaurant is disappointing. The waiters wouldn't engage to give recommendations neither check in to know if everything is ok through the meal. the broth i ordered was luke warm, no apology given. Atmosphere was weak, bad lighting, our table was poorly lit and others over lit. Commercial xmas songs on loop.

Expect excellent food, expect friendly well english speaking staff and all this on a huge sized estate! well all that you get here. we ate perfect food all super fresh from the estate gardens, the chef is talented and cooks with passion and heart for the Portugese kitchen without forgetting the new wishes of guests, like a complete vegetarian menu and lighter non fat food dishes. we were happy like the proverbial pigs in ...

Fomos almoçar num domingo no louro barroco e amamos. comemos o prato do dia que foi cozinhado e o creme de vitela com migas de tomate. para sobremesa escolhemos a tarde da marmelada. a comida estava bem mobilada, o serviço estava atento e todo o entorno do hotel é espetacular. Eu recomendo fortemente!
