I think Chats can best be defined as 'delicate '. The flavours are not overpowering, but the dishes are flavourful and tasty. The decor is wonderful, with plenty of natural lighting and beautiful plants. If you like Vietnamese food but don 't feel like going heavy on spices or seasonings, this is your place. The food here is to die for. I was craving a wholesome fresh soup and they had exactly the thing. The coconut chicken was also a 10/10. Would eat here again in a heart beat Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
