Hot Stuff Pizza - Reedsville

I've been trying to call Hot Stuff for 45 minutes. I even called the Cenex, and the lady told me that someone was working there. So why aren't they answering the phones? This is disappointing for a business and could lead to losing customers.

The staff seemed unmotivated and were rude to me as a customer, which was quite upsetting. They even engaged in disrespectful banter toward me, which is unacceptable. It’s frustrating to think they could have easily prepared my order in ten minutes if they had just been respectful and attentive. Overall, I was left feeling very disappointed with their service.

I was able to get through immediately. The staff was very courteous, and the food was absolutely delicious.

I noticed a one-star review mentioning that they don't answer their phone, and I can confirm that nothing has changed. I'm currently on my fourth attempt to reach them. I've let it ring until I received an error message from my cell service provider stating that the call can't be completed as dialed. After about ten minutes of nearly constant ringing, I finally managed to get through.

This restaurant rarely answers their phone, and if they do, their attitude towards taking a pizza order is usually quite unfriendly. If you're hoping to order a pizza within an hour or two of closing time, be prepared for issues like broken ovens, running out of pizza boxes, or not getting a response at all.
