We arrived at 6:20. You were closing at 7pm. The young girl that greeted us, barley looked up, seemed annoyed we were there. First thing she said was that the kitchen closes at seven. Then we stood there for a second she didn?t say anything then we qI asked if we could go get our own table on the back patio. She said yes. Entire conversation she didn?t even look up at us. 4 minutes later she came out with water glasses and jug of water. Dropped them and said I?ll be back after she was turned walking away. We sat there for 15 mins. She hadn?t even taken our drink order. (Don?t forget, she made sure to let us know we needed to hurry with our order but she wouldn?t take 1 min to take an order). Well? we decided to leave. As we walked by she was talking to people at the front desk. She looked up and in the nicest CONDESCENDING voice said ?Thanks for coming in?. What!!?? It?s too bad. This place looked very nice and relaxing. This may be the worst customer service I?ve had.
The winery was very relaxing and pretty! The wine was great which is a plus. It was hard to find non-sweet wines in Branson but they definitely have some! I would highly recommend?.we will be heading back again before the week is out.
Very nice lounge with very good variety of wines. Had plates to go with the wines and other food .
Exceptional atmosphere and view! The outdoor seating is amazing. There was soft, live music the evening we went. The wine selection is great and the menu is well thought out. Highly recommend!
