Noah's Ny Bagels - Redwood City

Don't come here expecting cream cheese on your bagel, haha!

The food is good, but the service leaves much to be desired. I went in for breakfast and ordered the bagel with egg and spinach. When I asked the staff for a recommendation on the bagels, she seemed overwhelmed and said it was too difficult to read the menu because there were so many options. It felt like I was wasting her time. Good service shouldn't be hard to provide, especially when it comes to suggesting a bagel. Having worked in the food service industry, I know it’s easy to mention a few favorites or to ask customers what they like.

You may take longer than we'd prefer to prepare the breakfast sandwiches, but I really enjoy the FARMFRESH. I'm willing to wait 20 minutes for my FARMFRESH, and even if they mess it up, I'll still return because I love their BAGELS so much.

Your bagels are the beat, but the reason why I give 3 stars is because they have screwed my order several times. They put a different shine and not the one we chose when ordering.

I 've had better NY bagels in Oklahoma. Not even NY with a local twist. NY bagels are firm and fresh, not soft and mushy. Shops are efficient, not sleepy and slow. Bold interesting, not boring repetetive. Most of their sandwiches are super basic californian options... Feels like they googled Lox sandwich , slapped NY in the name and called it good. If it was Noah 's Bagels I would be unimpressed but not let down.
