Casa Consejo - Redondela

We were the only customers eating there that evening, although the weather was terrible. It wasn't explained that it was a set menu. The venue was homely although noisy soccer matches on large screens that nobody is watching detracts from the potential atmosphere. The person serving us was pleasant and tried hard to communicate with us in English. The choice on that evening was a little limited.

Alexandro is the perfect host. Good ambience, terrific tapas and wonderful wines. Amazing amêijoas (clams) fab’ octopus and cockles all at a very reasonable price.

There doesn’t seem to be a lot of restaurants in central Redondela but this spot is pretty good. The pilgrims menu was very good. Mixed salad was done just right. Unarmed fish was wonderful and pineapple cake was very good as well. I wish they would have shown a menu rather than presenting the menu del dia as the choice since I think there cooking is very good.

Lugar muy acogedor y agradable, encantador. con un diseño muy peculiar. Pedimos varios platos del menú que recomendamos. espectacular. platos consistentes, comida muy bien preparada, con productos de primera calidad, y personal muy agradable y trabajadores. Nos hicieron una serie de recomendaciones muy exitosas. el pastel de arándanos muy bueno. muy atento en todo momento. para repetir!

Un buen lugar, aunque el perdón sea un poco soso. Pedimos el menú del día, primera ensalada de tomate y queso, y segunda zorza. la comida era buena, a buen precio. el muy buen postre, arroz con leche casera, y con café, todo por 11 euros. mucha atmósfera peregrina, aconsejo.
