フィードバックを提供するBy far the most terrible Starbucks experience I’ve had. The employee, a gentleman, had a blank stare zero customer service whatsoever. It was like talking to a wall. Not only that, I was redeeming my birthday reward, even clicked on it and TOLD him. And he stared at me and to one’s surprise, my reward wasn’t redeemed. I was charged to my card. To top it off, my order was wrong. The girl working there was nice and added the missing Caramel drizzle . Definitely not a good experience . The girl making the coffee makes great coffee so that’s the only good thing but definitely not a good start to my birthday.
Order caramel macchiato and got only half the cup of coffee. Service is not as good as other Starbucks.
The two baristas on duty around 9am this morning went out of their ways to help me when my card acted up. I cannot remember their names but the people here have always been very kind to me and you should treat them
The coffee had enough sugar to down an elephant. And it was PINK
Usually the other lady is nice. But today I ordered matcha green tea latte. The new lady just made regular coffee latte and accusedMe that I didn’t say matcha. She’s very rude and has a bad attitude. She didn’t apologize for her own mistake.
