This place is a hidden gem. Around the corner from some other restaurants we've all tried but it was this place that was definitely the best! Great service and even more food. Try it!

Great service, clean, and The Best Pork Belly around! Love the fresh banchan and always worth the drive even as take out and eating in the car. Really appreciate the packaging and the gentleman who's always so nice and friendly.

I really like Soeul Hot Pot. A hole in the wall place, nice waiter greets you, very courteous. The banchan here is very good, some unique ones I haven't had at other Korean restaurants. I had the kimchee stew today and it was very savory. Seriously tho, I think I come for the banchan and the relaxed homey vibes.

If you like the Korean food from U District, this is the place to go but you have to pay a rich person tax because you are in Redmond.
