Juice It Up! - Redlands

I love this juice it up I had only ever had a bad experience because of a worker first day, but others then that once every smoothie was wonderfully wished it was closer to me, so I would then just keep on my car home from work it up though

The staff is very unprofessional. There?s a huge orange sign that says, ?new owners, new hours, SUN-MON 8am-8pm?. I got there at 9:30 am and they?re staff was just arriving. They saw me standing there and never even acknowledged me. A second employee arrived around 9:45 am, didn?t acknowledge me either, just went straight to open the door so they can start their shift. I say hello and ask them why do they have a sign with new hours but are not being respected and she acted as if she?s never seen that sign before. Sorry new owners but will never be back to your store.

Tried to give them another chance because this is my closest juice it up. So I ordered 20 minutes before hand on the app and still my drinks hadn't been started when I walked in. There was literally no other customers in the store. I just cant win with this juice it up lovation

I?ve been coming to this juice it up for a couple years now, and today Sunny and Lexi showed outstanding customer service skills. they were also quite quick in making me and my families smoothies. all in under 30 seconds. they are definitely a great addition to the juice it up team!

Went in got a custom smoothie and a pretzel soon after the place had a huge line. There were only two employees there. They did a great job juggling all the orders and me and my damn pretzel problem. They handled everything well but I suggest at least one more employee. Thank you girls. Great job.
