Roasted Garlic At The Red Hook Inn

We were extremely disappointed with the restaurant. We arrived at a dark driveway and saw a burnt out RV parked there. The building was dilapidated and covered with mold, and we even found a tick in the bathtub. We were so disgusted that we left almost immediately, but unfortunately, Pat refused to refund our $350 deposit.

Excellent for an extended stay. Caring friendly hostess. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and quite unique. Quiet. Located in center of town. Home cooked breakfasts. Wonderful front porch for reading, visiting, hanging out.

We had quite a nice stay in a large room and great shower. Owners Patty and Nabile were very accommodating and made us feel very comfortable.Rooms: 5/5

We had a lovely stay at the Red Hook Country Inn. The inn itself is lovely; beautiful front porch with plenty of room to sit and relax and decorated lovely with antiques. The room we stayed in (number 6) was excellent!! EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE king sized bed, AC and a ceiling fan, cute stained glass window in one window, cable TV, a large bathroom, and most importantly clean and tidy. Excellent location in a very cute town, close to other cute towns and plenty of things to do in the area. I only met one of the innkeepers Sharon, but both were lovely. Pat was extremely helpful booking our last minute reservation, and gave us great information and recommendations for the area. Sharon was very friendly too! We will definitely stay again when we visit the area.

The restaurant is conveniently located, and the hostess/owner Patricia was very communicative when I checked in late for my one night stay. My room was clean and comfortable, and it had a new wall unit air conditioner. There was cream left in the mini-fridge for the Keurig coffee maker in the common area on the second floor. It was a bit challenging to carry my suitcase up to the second floor due to the ADA wheelchair electric ramp on the steps, but it was necessary. The Inn itself, as well as the furnishings and common areas, were a bit worn and could use some attention.
