Drove all the way from Orange County recommended for about an hour after the professor of my brother, the place for us and not recognized that it was only blocking money or delivery. I just cleaned out a touch because it was my own ignorance that drove me so far haha so that I placed the order online anyway and it said “usually ready within 1 hour” so I put the order and just asked the person in the window “hey is it actually an hour?” And explained my situation to him. He was so happy and he only took a look at my phone and got everything I ordered within 1 minute and asked: “Because you came so far, do you want a cold brew for the road?” Never in my life I was treated so well by a local institution, although it was just a few small gestures, it was still a really long way for me and I will definitely be a returning customer. (Btw the coffee is delicious!
This shop roasts their own coffee beans, in dozens of incredible blends. If you're a coffee nut, you'll want to make this place a second home...the aroma from two blocks away becons like a siren song.
Fresh locally roasted coffee beans, friendly service, multiple blends. Even a different coffee brewed each day to sample for $1 a cup. Can't beat this place if you love coffee.
Super awesome locally owned coffee roasters! A special shoutout to J.B. Peel for creating a COVID-friendly environment. There's plenty of convenient parking available. I really enjoy the Tanzania coffee, which always gives me a nice boost. If you're in the area, definitely take the time to visit and support this local gem!
An incredible experience! After being disappointed by overpriced tea at the Yaum Nudel bar, I was eager to find a better tea option. The place was closed, but the owner kindly welcomed us inside! She served us fresh Chai tea made with real leaves, not powder! The prices were fantastic too—only $3 for a quality homemade iced tea!
