Tim Hortons - Red Deer

This tim hortons was alright. The inside was a little smaller than most, with the space not being utilized to maximize dining capacty. The line up moved really slow, despire only two orders being ahead of mine I waited about 4 minutes. The food and drink I ordered were very good though.Vegetarian options: In the category of sweets and desserts, there are plenty of meat free items available. qParking: A big parking lot attatched to the store, with wheelchair accessiblity.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrance, parking spots, etcDietary restrictions: Lots of meat free items.

This Tim Hortons is absolutely disgusting. I watched the workers use the same gloves to take orders, change garbages, count money, make food and grab donuts. Not one person changed their gloves. This place needs to be shut down or health and safety needs to pay a

The rest rooms were closed for 45 minutes so until we complained. They shut them just when we came in , we had lunch and still they were shut. We asked and they said they were waiting for floors to dry? 45 mi s to dry? Then one stall has no toilet paper at all and other is almost out. NOT HAPPY!

The staff at this location do not take the time to ensure that you receive the proper order, and a good experience, we had not received our full order from the drive thru and then had to endure accusations that there was too much talking in the vehicle while we ordered, when we weren’t. they need to be more observant and listen better to their customers 10/10 would not recommend this Tim Hortons Location.

Very bad service, I go through the drive through asking for ice cup and some other drinks for me and my friends i get the ice cup open and the ice cup was like water. The guy who take our order was very rude. I ask for the manager and they told me that he was not their and they can’t do anything.
