The detection of vaccination is currently required for din, but the server had problems scanning our cards. Your answer... F**k, I don't care, that's bulls**t anyway... and continued with anti-vacus type comments. I am neutral in the whole situation, but this is probably not an opinion you should share with the cartridges or people They don't know what their views are. On food, it was average and I would say typical of Smitty 's. Interesting thing to note is that they seem to close quite early at the moment, as in a few days later we went for a late lunch (2 p.m. and everything was blocked.
Had the breakfast buffet. Eggs Benny could not cut with a knife. Pancake and French toast were terrible, dry cold. When I paid for it, I told her about it. Said was not the girl's fault, but the chefs. Never again.
We take the highway back and forth to Edmonton as often as we can. We try to stop at Smitty's Gasoline Alley every time. we're going through Red Deer. Almost every time we have Mel as a waitress. She's fun, remembers you, friendly,...efficient, and makes you quite general like family. We love her and the food is always amazing what is not the same in all Smitty's restaurants. She's Smitty's for us.
Enjoy the selection and overall pleasant with the variety and quality of food. Service was very good. I will return in the future.
Another Smittys another decent but not great meal Service was not that great but friendly. Food as with previous Smittys seems overpriced half full gravy dish and burgers almost the price of entrees food was good but not not great. Atmosphere was nice
