Burger King - Red Bluff

Ruby is so sweet and amazing. She is such a sweet trans girl. Very hard worker. Since she has been on drive through I get my order correct and fresh food. There is a new manager Roxanne she was kind and took good care of me. This place is coming around.Thanks Ruby and Roxanne oh and everybody upfront was amazing ??

The drive-thru experience at this restaurant was extremely slow, taking over 45 minutes to get through. Once you're in the line, there is no way to exit. Waiting for 45 minutes for fast food is excessive.

We were served by the man at the counter who failed to inform us that they had run out of ice, and when we brought it up, he did not offer any solutions, such as a refund. The service was awful. The food was average at best, with cold fries. I would advise against visiting this establishment if you are seeking hot food and good customer service.

I placed a mobile order and arrived at the restaurant, only to find that they were closed. There were no signs indicating that they would be closing early. Their own signs indicated that they should have been open.

I come to Burger King because I don't like onions and they never put it on their hamburgers. There were a couple of vagrants outside and The front door window was shattered. But as always I like the hamburger with no onions and they do that great.
