Jack's - Red Bay

Their breakfast was awful, they put enough mayo on a breakfast sandwich to make a big bowl of potato salad! The place looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all this a.m. I already feel sick to my tummy!

Excellent service. Very nice and friendly staff, especially the lady that clears the tables who is very attentive to all customers' needs. Enjoyed the breakfast and the lunch menus.

Food is usually good. you may experience long wait times. jacks has always sold blue bell ice cream with hand made shakes ,which is something I love. the chicken is hand dipped and the batter made fresh daily. they have far better biscuits than other fast food restaurants. all in all it's a great place to eat. breakfast is also great. just don't expect to get food fast in the morning before work because you may be late waiting.

We tried the double cheeseburger, grilled chicken, fried chicken and fries.. There wasn't anything special about them. What we woukd recommend are the shakes. They are made with real ice cream and are delicious. I loved the moose tracks shake. If a Jack's pops up on Maps I would definitely stop by for another shake.

The woman at the drive-thru was very rude and didn't give us a moment to decide what we wanted. The chicken was extremely dry, and the fries tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in a while. However, the worst aspect, aside from the poor quality of the food, was the service at the window; they failed to provide us with our complete order, and we had to knock on the window for them to correct it. If I could give a zero-star rating, I certainly would. I will not be returning.
