Woodley Pizza - Reading

Was disappointed to find cheese on the cheeseless pizza i ordered and when i rung up the guy was very mean and rude, said i should have put no cheese, when the type of pizza didn't have cheese. After 3 minutes of back and forth and me explaining how silly the concept of saying no cheese on something that doesn't have cheese on was, i asked human to human if he actually understood the problem and where i was coming from? he said yes, i get why you're upset. so i said oh great thanks, what can be done about it? he said nothing sorry and hung up no refund nothing.

After waiting over 2 hours for my food to arrive, I discovered that a piece of the garlic bread was missing. I would not recommend ordering from this restaurant. I am extremely upset.

Ok first of all The food arrived 20 minutes early but if I’m honest I would’ve preferred if it was 20 mins late and tasted like real food. Ordered ‘cheesy chips’ which tasted like soggy cardboard The chicken was pink The so called garlic bread looked like some toast with herbs on it absolutely nothing garlicky about it. The onion rings were soggy and tasteless and finally the pizza was the best out of all of it but still tasted like it had been dragged through horse poo. 0/10 Would not recommend and certainly will never buy again.

Ordered food, some of the order didn’t turn up, staff were very rude, really not impressed by their service in the slightest

The time it took from placing the order on Just Eat to receiving the delivery was nearly two and a quarter hours, which I personally find to be unacceptable. The quality of the pizza and chicken wings was disappointingly average, although the creme fraiche bites were enjoyable. Overall, the entire experience felt like it was from a lower-tier establishment, and for that reason, I would not recommend ordering from here. Additionally, be aware that they serve Pepsi instead of Coke, which I consider to be an inferior product.
