Mcdonald's - Reading

Wait for ages then be totally ignored by the staff when you try to inquire as to whether any of the 100 imported staff are serving to finally get iffy orders at the end of it!

The food at this restaurant is consistently excellent, always fresh. The staff is friendly and accommodating. There is plenty of parking available outside and the drive-through option is convenient. The service is fast and efficient.

Drive thru always messes up the order. Make sure to check before you drive home. Very slow service since uber eats etc!

On our road trip last Thursday, we were hungry and decided to stop at this McDonald's drive-thru. We ordered two big meals and a burger, but when we paid, we realized that the burger was missing. It felt like a scam. Additionally, there was no ketchup or napkins, and the french fries were unsalted. The service was not as bad before, but this experience was disappointing.

I haven't been to McDonald's in a long time! I recently went through the drive-thru for breakfast at the location across from B&Q, and walked past the one on Oxford Road near Lidl, both in Reading, Berkshire.
