Dunkin' - Reading

Ordered from the mobile app and waited 15 mins for my drinks even after giving them 10 mins to get the drinks ready. The drive thru had one person and no one other than me was inside. Not the first time this happens. Slow people!

Love my cup of Joe! Love Dunkin donuts coffee and goodies. I learned from my parents and now I'm 59. And still a faithful customer.#1 in my book! I have tried others but I always come back to Dunkin' donuts no one can beat you guys number one!

Dunkin always gets my coffee right, including lattes, cappuccinos, and the regular morning Joe.Vegetarian options: I'm in LOVE with their Tomato-Pesto Grilled cheese. Awesome vlend of savory and tangy flavors.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews but after multiple issues, I think they are in need of new staff or customer service training. If they mess up my drink or food order, i KINDLY say something and they have the nerve to get mad or catch an attitude. This is the closest Dunkin to me but now I’d rather drive an extra 10 minutes just not to have to deal with these people. Especially the manager.
