Not great. It seems like there’s a lack of desire to provide quality service to customers, or maybe there just aren't enough waitstaff. The rice dish I ordered was a bit dry, and the waiter mentioned that it was evening and that the dish had been very good in the morning. The prices are reasonable, though. That's about it.

I ordered the shiitake brisket made from marbled beef and waited for about 30 minutes. After that, the waiter informed me that they had run out of something in the kitchen and suggested that I choose something else. I believe that such things should be communicated right away or within the shortest possible time.

We visited on January 6, 2024, with my husband and two children, and we were very hungry! I ordered a shurpa, imagining a rich, aromatic soup with large chunks of vegetables, herbs, and tender meat—just like the shurpa I've tried in other places! Instead, what I received was a broth the color of water, with a piece of meat that was tough to chew, along with a chunk of carrot and a piece of potato. Oh, and they tossed in some onion rings on top. The whole dish was underseasoned and completely lacking in any spices. I wish I had taken a photo; it reminded me of food made for toddlers who don't have teeth yet—just boiled and blended! My son rated the borscht a 3+, and my daughter's chicken soup looked similar to my shurpa. My husband was served cold meat patties with mashed potatoes, which were tasty. The khachapuri was very delicious, and the sea buckthorn tea was exceptional. Need I say that we will be avoiding your establishment in the future?

Pros. I want to thank the staff at the Vegas Kuntsevo shopping center restaurant for their excellent service, well-organized operations, an extensive menu, and various treats like compliments from the chef and shisha. A special shoutout to our waiter Tala! We dined on July 28 with a party of four, enjoying hearty food and lively drinks. All the men in our group were in their prime, celebrating 25 years since our graduation. We had our fill and truly enjoyed the experience. The waitstaff were prompt, bringing us everything we needed quickly. We stayed for a long time, being the last guests of the evening. I highly recommend this restaurant! It’s delicious, comfortable, with a beautifully cozy dining area and a menu to satisfy any appetite, along with drinks for every taste.

Очень нравится обслуживание в этом ресторане. Часто хожу сюда с друзьями. Официанты милые, особенно хочу выделить Таалая и Настю. Вкусная еда и приятная атмосфера.
