The cuisine is outstanding! The dishes are incredibly delicious. A big thank you to the chef for the beautiful presentation and the interesting menu—I really enjoyed it! The wasabi shrimp were fantastic! The seafood soup was exactly what I wanted: not thick, but a light broth. The portion sizes were generous. My family and I visited at the beginning of August and stopped by for dinner. The place has a calm and atmospheric vibe, perfect for relaxation and conversation. The open kitchen lets you see the cooking process. The waitstaff are polite and attentive, and the place is clean and cozy. There’s a veranda on the first floor. They make their own desserts, and the panna cotta is absolutely delicious!

We arrived at the restaurant only to find it closed, and there was no information indicating that it would be closed. We were completely disappointed! Service: 1

My husband and I visited on Tuesday evening. The dining area was empty, and we were the only guests. We were warmly welcomed by a lovely waitress named Daria, who provided great recommendations from the menu. Our orders were served quickly. I had a salad with eggplant, which was delicious. My husband ordered the octopus salad, which also had an interesting flavor. For the main course, I chose vongole in garlic sauce, but it was too spicy—so much so that it burned my throat. My husband opted for grilled seafood, and the scallops were fantastic! However, the squid had a bit of a bitter taste. Overall, it’s a nice place with stylish decor and friendly staff!

In March 2023, the ownership changed, so we can consider this place new. They offer the freshest seafood with a wide selection. For the meat options, they suggested ordering steaks in advance since there are few meat dishes on the menu, and the steaks turned out to be luxurious as well. The service is excellent, thanks to Alexey and Daria. The interior is very pleasant. I think this is the best place in Odintsovo. Thank you for the 10% birthday discount!

The atmosphere is calm, the dishes are delicious, and the presentation is beautiful at Glubina. I enjoy coming here when I want to indulge in seafood. The oysters and fish are all fresh. There aren’t many people, making it a nice place to relax!
