Wingstop - Raytown

Hair in my food, didn’t have my fries on a 60$ order. Went back to get fries and it took over 45 MINUTES 45 MINUTES FOR FRIES , it takes a max of 4 mins to cook fries . Employees on their phones leaning against tables doing whatever. Management didn’t care and tried refusing to not give the fries that were missing on my order because I didn’t have the “paper receipt” when I ordered online.

The SODA MACHINE was BROKEN. So there was no drinks. The employees seemed extremely frustrated with everything. I didn't think to check my food before I left. Was missing my veggies and my Wings were RAW.

Friendly workers service and customer service was good didn’t have to wait for food it was ready for pick up on time, food quality was great.

I was gonna come and try y'all. Until I read all the reviews..damn y'all suck.not getting. My business

The manager was friendly and he was helpful. Food was hot and fresh.
