フィードバックを提供する3/12/24Update.. never have issues with breakfast. Maybe the fires is but under cooked. But Ill stick with dinner rush. But today went faster then expected. But normally slow.They had bunch of employees tonight for dinner rush. But don't hold your breath for next week. Drive through is always slow. Depends on who you get, they're rude. So today I went inside. Took forever as I figured. Finally when I ordered, the kids changed it. So I asked to re read off the order. Only one thing was wrong from what I said. That's ok. Soon as I was finally done, I look at the line and someone is just enjoying eating while they prep food by drive through window. Was nasty. Then they went back to work with out gloves or Washing their hands. I won't be coming back here.As for most fast food restaurants in Raytown is topically dirty, surprising enough this place wast. But I didn't check the restroom.
I live out of town and almost every time my family and I visit Kansas City we go to the Wendy's on 63rd Street. The Staff is friendly and the food is fresh! This last time my order was incorrect and I took it up front and the young man said that it was his fault and remade my sandwich quickly! I will continue to go there when I'm in town for the weekend! Keep up the great work! ??????
Blaa... Other locations are better than this one for some reason...
My food was perfectly fresh and hot. My only issue is that we had to order our app due to them not wanting to work the cash register
Wendys on 63rd in Raytown needs some serious help with staff and quality. I drove through and you could hear the staff inside complaining at each other. My fries were old and barely warm. I will not be back to this location any time soon.
