I don 't know what the gosh-darn that there Arby crew out in Raytown, MO did to that friggin ' new Goodburger burger-but LEMME TELL YA LL?! I was won over. That sucker was so moist ...jus.....PERFECT! I was shook- pleasantly unexpected ?.
Mac and cheese is fire!!! Gyro was ok……. … but thank you again for the macaroni and cheese.
We started Online ordering in the parking lot unaware it was to late to do so there workers stared at us through the entrance. We went around to order and ordered 2 chicken sliders and they were “out of chicken tenders” to make a sliders. So we contacted someone regarding this to make a change and we were then created by another person over the order screen about if we were going to order something. I was explaining on the phone to the person they had to choose something else at and while giving me the decision over the phone the second drive through operator a shorter, Caucasian, hefty woman proceeded to then make a rude comment about how long we had been there when I was simply getting a response from my mentally challenged sister. I was so infuriated at that moment we decided to not order at this establishment and the crew laughed from inside. Her tone was simple it’s almost closing time and I can say whatever I’d like towards just as inconvenienced and a scrambling to a resolution.
Tried to do an app order here and it took over an hour to get it. We stood inside for 40 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 2 sides. We left with 4 sides, all cold or burned, and 4 sandwiches, only 2 of which were correct. They had to remake 2 fish sandwiches twice. When we tried to cancel the order, they said they didn't know how. We were stuck paying for lousy food and waiting forever. Never again are we eating here.
