I’m confused. You can't grill kimchi on the grill? Isn’t that how Koreans eat it? This is the first Korean restaurant I’ve been to that says that. In every other Korean restaurant, they grill kimchi, peppers, and garlic. I have to say, the pan was damaged and burned. And what about the pork belly? Isn't it supposed to be grilled? I'm really puzzled. Even the Koreans were asking why we can’t do that here. In every restaurant, this is how it’s done, and nobody complains about it.
