Slow Service, Dont accept Credit Cards Prices are way to high and nothing is ever on sale and they don't have any lanes open except Self help and that's even dumb

This location is the worst location I have ever been to. The only register you have someone to check out people at is the 12 items or less line. That is what self checkout is for. Therefore, if you have a full cart of groceries, have fun, because you get to do it all yourself. If you have cases of canned vegetables in your cart, have fun scanning each one individually. Two cashiers tonight and they were only at 12 items or less registers; not one normal register was open. I stopped going to this location couple years ago due to this reason. It is much further to go to Streetsboro, but the drive is WORTH IT. Had to come to this location tonight and wish I wouldn’t have. Absolutely unacceptable.

Always super clean. mostly everything's always stocked.

The pharmacy at Giant Eagle was incredibly helpful when my mom forgot her insulin in another state. They went above and beyond late on a Friday pm right before close and made sure we got what she needed! Excellent customer service!!!!
