The food was good but it took 45 minutes to get the staff to acknowledge my existence. They set tables around me, took orders for people who arrived after me, and didn’t acknowledge my attempts to get their attention. It was if I were invisible. They get one star because of the young woman who finally assisted me. But I do not recommend, especially not to women of color dining alone. The owner says I sat at the table without a reservation; however, I was directed to the tables outside by staff when I entered the restaurant and asked for a table for dinner. I am sorry that I offended with my recommendation that women of color dining alone avoid this restaurant. The comment is not for the staff but for all those of us who are tired of being ignored and not made welcome in restaurants.

I recently visited the Chalet dei Giardini Pubblici in Ravenna and enjoyed a delightful espresso in their charming and inviting atmosphere. The staff greeted me with warm hospitality and made me feel right at home. The location of the restaurant is superb, with an outdoor seating area that offers a lovely view of the gardens. The quality of the espresso was outstanding, a testament to the restaurant's attention to detail and commitment to excellence. I highly recommend a visit to the Chalet dei Giardini Pubblici for a coffee break or for a full meal, as their exceptional service and outstanding quality will not disappoint.

Good spot for a coffe or for an Apertivo while your kids are playing in the playground. I've tried their sandwiches and they were normal, I will try their pizza one day.

You eat well spending little. small restaurant in public gardens, quiet place outside the chaos of the center. with you can choose hot courses. recommended for a quick lunch. not recommended the use of the bathrooms.

Very kind staff, prices decidedly affordable, although I didn't pay myself, I was guest. diversified proposals and out of the norm, some vegan dishes (if not all,) but delicious and delicious, great for an informal brunch.
