Catalina Bistro - Rathmines

Good meal for the price hubby had flathead I had prawn cutlets good size meal very nice, worth going out there for it nice views of Lake Macquarie from the verandah.

We have now dined three times at the Catalina Bistro since the Thai menu has been available. The Thai food is excellent, servings generous and staff great. The club has revamped inside area which has large windows looking down to the lake and there is...a great covered verandah overlooking the lake plus a fenced garden area with large umbrellas also. Highly recommend.

Yesterday, I had lunch at Club Catalina. The Thai cuisine was delicious, with generously sized portions and friendly service. I have been to this restaurant multiple times and each visit has been consistently good in terms of food and service. The menu features a mix of Thai and Australian dishes. The restaurant overlooks the stunning Macquarie Lake and offers indoor and outdoor seating options on the veranda. There is also a garden area with sun umbrellas and a small play center for children.

Very impressed by this restaurant. eating was excellent and a good price. beautiful, casual place to bring children. we had a nice night. highly recommended.

Housed in the Rathmines bowling club is this ice cream, which is freshly cooked at a fair price. next to the regular menu there are daily specialties. last week, these softshell calab were included. there is also a series of Thai dishes on the menu. the club is located at the oeuvre of the macquarie lakes, in the opposite, by the catalina flying boats in the world 2. Therefore, the name of the eseis catalina. although the building is old, it is well maintained to have a new paint order and new furniture.
