La Promenada - Râşnov

Very good food.... honest food, quality ingredients... after a day skiing really on the point. The service was good. Car park ia ok

Came here because it was recommended and it had rather good reviews. We had several issues, the wait times are insane. 1h for basic foods is absurd. (roast potatoes and grilled chicken). It is clear that they have no basic knowledge on how to organize...a kitchen. Also, when the food arrived the potatoes were cold, hard, and oily. They were supposed to be roasted in the oven. Sigh. Besides potatoes, we have ordered grilled fish and chicken. They were mediocre at best. I would say to avoid this place, especially if there are more than 3-4 tables of occupancy, they cannot handle such volumes it seems.

The way staff spoke with us was awful. The food was great but the way waitresses spoke made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome and i wouldn't recommend to anybody to visit the location

Dishes arrived at the table cold, beer and hot wine, when asked for an ice bucket we were not satisfied with good shank and papanash good the rest No Comment

We were there on a Sunday, obviously it's crowded and busy but still. We waited a very short while for a table and then we got one that was not properly cleaned (including chairs). We then proceeded to ask a more junior waiter for a baby chair. He said he'll check at the bar but then just went inside turned around and was looking around. Then we asked a waitress for a baby chair and then finally got one.The we ordered food and drinks. When the drinks arrived the waitress was confused if the order was for our table or not. Also, the information we received about menu items was plain wrong, instead of baked potatoes with rosemary it turned out that golden potatoes were actually fried wedges without rosemary.Now we get to the food. The baked potatoes we actually did order arrived and were slightly charred outside (nothing bad here, we like them this way) the thing is that in spite of the superficial charring the potatoes were only half baked. They were hard inside. The veal stew (house specialty) we ordered tasted quite good but the veal was obviously cooked in extreme hurry. While well done it was tough as a sole and stringy.Overall not a very bad experience but definitely not worth it!
