The Little Polynesian - Rarotonga

We stayed at the resort for our week-long vacation and found that the menu had only a few vegetarian options. However, if you call ahead to make a reservation, the chef will prepare something special just for you. It felt like I had a personal chef during our honeymoon! Each dish was unique and absolutely delicious. We had a variety of meals including games, sizzling teriyaki tofu with vegetables, eggplant pasta, beetroot risotto, and vegetable coconut curry. While we tried a few other restaurants on the island, we ended up returning here for most of our meals because the food was so good. They also offered fresh juices, smoothies, and delightful cocktails.
