If you consider great pizza to be flat, burnt crust topped with orange cheese and flavorless, greasy toppings, then go ahead and indulge. This was one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. When I say I’d prefer Little Caesars over this charred, hard mess, you know it’s really not good. I just can’t understand why people would wait for hours to get this!
The pizza here is amazing, but it's quite a challenge to get! I typically arrive about 20 minutes before they open, and I usually manage to snag a spot to eat in. Their phone lines are always busy, so don't count on being able to call in when they open.
Call ahead to make reservations on the day of your trip and have your order ready. perfect place to eat before catching a somerset patriots game. history buffs will love it! Parking: no lot. find parking on the street. read the signs. Kid-friendliness: old school pizza place. very casual.
We had some serious high hopes for this place after hearing such great things. Unfortunately it did not live up to the hype. The pizza was tough and felt like a cardboard crust.
