Mackenzie River Pizza Co - Rapid City

Just a few times it was always happy with the atmosphere eating and the service, clean, friendly.

While eating was quite average, our service was phenomenal. I have a nuss allergy and asked about the pesto pasta and our waitress gave us a very detailed explanation of each ingredient in the pesto. After trying something, she ensured that I had not had a reaction and checked for us several times afterwards. we have the Tuscan pasta and the Stockmann pizza. the pasta, while good, had a very oily sauce that would have added much more if done better. the pizza was very full and was super fleshy. in any case recommend.

Always a good choice for excellent food and drinks! from spezialpizzen, burger and delicious entrées mackenzie river makes it good! good craft selection as well as a full bar to satisfy their thirst. they are very busy, so they may wait a little. gives them time to enjoy the extensive craft beer and beverage menu?.

We were vacationing in the Black Hills and this place was recommend by our Hotel. We grabbed lunch here before our flight back home. The place was pretty busy and we had about a 20 minute wait which we were advised of and were ok with. Once we were seated, some time did pass before our server greeted us. Our server however was apologetic of the wait for being busy and was very nice and took care of all our request. Our drinks and food did come out in a timely manor once ordered. I had the taco trio and my wife had a pizza. The tacos were very good and flavorful however I found the corn tortillas to be very tough and chewy as if they were sitting out awhile. The pizza was very good. If I ever return I would go for the pizza option.

Very disappointed with my experience tonight. The floor underneath my table was filthy, I didn’t get a breadstick with my pasta, and the staff was extremely unfriendly and irritated when I asked for a set of silverware. I usually enjoy MacKenzie River, but it seems to be going downhill as of late.
